- Notorious Pooch will gladly accept eligible returns & exchanges if your pooch is not 100% satisfied with the order.
- Item(s) must be returned to us in the original packaging and unused within 14 days of the customer receiving the item(s). Please email info@notoriouspooch.com for return information.
- Please note return shipping costs will be paid by the customer. Return shipping costs & original shipping costs are non-refundable. Once we receive the items(s), your exchange/store credit will be processed.
- The item(s) returned must be clean and unworn, any soiled or worn items will not be accepted.
WARRANTY EXCHANGES
- Notorious Pooch will gladly accept exchanges due to faulty/damaged or incorrect items as long as the request is received by us within 48 hours of you receiving the item(s).
- Please contact us immediately at info@notoriouspooch.com, along with proof of damage/incorrect item. We will replace an item that is damaged/faulty or incorrect at no cost to you. Once your exchange is accepted a return shipping label will be emailed to you.
- Item(s) must be returned to us in the original packaging and unused within 7days of the customer receiving the item(s).
